Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency
• Oversee the entire supply chain process including procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Manage logistics staff and third-party logistics providers.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare logistics reports for upper management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate stock control.
• Optimize routing and delivery schedules to minimize cost and environmental impact.
• Manage budgets and negotiate contract with vendors and suppliers
• Address any issues or complaints related to logistics services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Logistic Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in logistics software, such as SAP, Oracle, or TMS
• Knowledge of inventory management best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles such as cars, vans, and trucks
• Transport goods or passengers to their destinations in a timely and safe manner
• Load and unload cargo as needed
• Ensure proper maintenance of vehicles, including checking oil, fuel, and tire pressure
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
• Report any incidents or accidents to management
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers and clients

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Valid PDP
• Clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Driver preferred
• Strong knowledge of local roads and highways
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
