    Distribution Administrator

    Job Description

    • Manage all processing of bulk and packaged despatchers (Local / cross border/export)
    • Manage all receiving of import and local raw materials (packaged and bulk) 
    • Manage process of loading all packaged export orders
    • Conduct monthly cycle counts as per company requirements 
    • Run SAP reports as required to ensure correct despatchers processed 
    • Adherence to all work procedures
    • Maintaining Safety standards, issuing of permit to work 
    • Standing in in the absence of Storeman – including dispatching of stock where required (packaged goods)

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Grade 12
    • Tertiary qualification in Logistics – advantageous.
    • Handling of Chemicals in warehouse
    • Freight handling (NQF –level 3 with minimum 2 years’ experience)

    Apprentice Instrument Mechanician

    Job Description

    • Acquire knowledge and skills of Artisan in your designated trade.
    • Participate in the formal training plan for the apprenticeship; make reasonable progress to achieve the competencies in this regard; attend the necessary training or assessments related hereto.
    • Perform duties required and make reasonable progress to achieve the competencies in the training plan.
    • As instructed, undertake and attend any training or assessment related to the training plan.
    • Keep the training record (logbook) in possession, and produce it to the employer and/or training organisation, when requested.
    • Acknowledge that all workplace instructions and other material that comes into the apprentice’s possession, as a result of training, remains the property of employer.
    • Maintain, repair and optimise plant and associated devices under guidance of qualified Artisans/Technicians.
    • Work effectively with others to successfully complete maintenance activities and objectives.
    • Adherence to Health, Safety and Environmental procedures, work instructions, guidelines, regulations / legislation and programs & proactive action to identify and correct potential unsafe conditions and acts.
    • Cable Reticulation, Industrial installations of Instrumentation circuits & Equipment.
    • Testing and commissioning of new Instrumentation equipment, DCS, and SCADA Systems
    • Efficient use of power tools & Hand Tools.
    • Adhering to AECI safety standards and codes of practice

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Obtained Grade 12 (Matric) with Mathematics and Science
    • An N3 (required to apply for Trade Test) is essential
    • Driver’s license will be a benefit
    • Basic understanding of process plant and the importance of maintenance.
    • Must be able to obtain health clearance to work in a chemical environment.

    Plant Operator

    Job Description

    • Prepare batch start-up, ensuring plant section safety and proper documentation.
    • Manufacture blends in blenders and reaction batches in reactors.
    • Strictly adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    • Communicate accurate information to Team Leaders and Laboratory personnel.
    • Safely isolate plant and equipment during maintenance following relevant procedures.
    • Stencil polycans and label all packaging containers.

    • Assist in the research and development of surfactant-based formulations for emulsion explosives.
    • Conduct laboratory experiments, chemical analysis, and stability testing.
    • Support the optimization of existing formulations for improved performance and cost-effectiveness.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Basic understanding of surfactants, emulsions, and formulation chemistry.
    • Familiarity with laboratory techniques such as titration, GPC, FTIR, rheology, and surface tension measurements.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Attention to detail in experimental design and data interpretation.
    • Good communication and technical writing skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

    Job Description

    • Develop and Implement Pricing Strategy: Provide assistance in pricing frameworks that maximize profitability while ensuring customer retention and market alignment.  Continuously refine pricing models to reflect cost structures, competitive landscapes, and financial targets
    • Ensure Pricing Governance and Compliance: Maintain integrity and standardization in all pricing processes, ensuring consistency across business units.  Ensure full compliance with competition laws and regulatory pricing guidelines
    • Leverage Business Intelligence for Decision-Making: Assist in developing pricing dashboards and reports using software such as SAP, Power BI,Tableau and etc.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field
    • 5 years and above experience dealing in production environments – Essential
    • Strong understanding of SAP pricing modules, sales orders, and financial reporting tools. - Essential
    • 5 years and above experience in pricing, commercial finance, or strategic sales, with a strong track record of developing and executing pricing models
    • Extensive experience in competitive pricing analysis, margin management, and financial modelling
    • Background in regulated industries (if applicable) with a strong understanding of pricing compliance and governance
