    Job Description:

    • The Global Supply Chain learner (GSC Learner) is responsible for generating and supplying management information (MI) reports in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner. These reports comprise Health, Safety and Quality performance, data entry activities, and general Supply Chain reports. Additionally, the incumbent actively participates in relevant meetings to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
    • Also responsible for coordination of product change within Supply Chain that include the F2103 process, engaging with 3P manufacturers as well as collating data for update in bp Global Database
    • The incumbent works closely with Blendcor Joint Venture (JV), UnicoTec, technology, procurement and mainly manufacturing departments to ensure continual support to manufacturing management in meeting service level agreement between SC and its customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    Quality Performance

    • Tracking supplier quality performance and recording non-conformities in the regional supplier complaints registry system.
    • Recording and tracking customer complaints via global data base (eQMS).
    • Monitoring 3rd party manufacturers’ product quality performance and updating MI periodic reports.
    • Capture minutes & generating periodic quality performance reports from engagements between Castrol & its 3P suppliers.
    • Tracking & recording manufacturing Quality Observation Conversations (QOC’s) against global performance.
    • Coordinating Inter laboratory Correlation Programe (ILCP) testing samples in the region i.e. collate & report results from participants.

    F2103/NPI Process

    • Coordinating and tracking efficient execution of F2103 relating to New Product Introduction (NPI) as well as product change activities between technology, marketing, manufacturing and relevant 3rd party manufacturers.

    Handling of Customer samples 

    • Receiving & distributing customer samples to relevant manufacturers in cases of complaints
    • Tracking customer complaint Root Cause Analysis (RCA) progress and collating data for reporting.

    Compliance & Quality Audits

    • Tracking audit findings & following up with 3P’s for closure.

    Qualification & Skills

    • Degree holder in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or other related field
    • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
    • Ability to think analytically and solve problems independently
    • Detail oriented with strong organizational abilities
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships quickly
    • Demonstrates agility by being flexible and open to change
    • Awareness of sustainability issues and how they relate to business operations

    Staff Delivery Manager

    Job Description:

    • The Regional Delivery Lead for South Africa will be the single point of accountability for all digital delivery across M&C SA, encompassing consumer, customer, convenience, store operations, fleet, and payments. This role ensures safe and compliant operations while driving commercial strategies through technological expertise and consistent delivery.
    • This role plays a critical role in translating strategy into actionable steps and driving successful delivery of products, platforms, and services. This hands-on role is focused on day-to-day decision-making and ensuring the right products, platforms and services are being built and delivered efficiently.
    • This role makes key decisions on feature development, balances stakeholder priorities, and ensures that deliverables are built to meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
    • They work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs, enabling the seamless delivery of impactful solutions.

    What you will deliver

    • Strategy & Planning: In this role, you will develop and execute the regional technology strategy to align with the global M&C technology direction, assess and prioritise demand across the region through Operating Plans, and lead the performance management of budgets and delivery, including overseeing dependencies and mitigating risks.
    • You will work closely with business to identify, agree and lead strategic business change initiatives across M&C SA.
    • Technology delivery management: Lead regional decisions on technologies, design patterns, and development methodologies. Oversee projects involving the development and implementation of products, platforms, and business processes to achieve desired business outcomes. Own the technology vision and roadmap for South Africa, ensuring alignment with the Global Technology Office.
    • Oversee solution architecture and system design across multiple teams in the region.Act as the main liaison between stakeholders, development teams, and business units globally dispersed, at various levels within and outside of bp.
    • Incorporate Agile frameworks to align and track project progress, resolve dependencies, and ensure continuous delivery of value.
    • Data-driven decision-making: Monitor a product, platform, or service's health and key performance characteristics to increase performance, ensure compliance, and optimize operation. Champion transparency across bp by showcasing work in progress, elevating metrics and seeking regular feedback from internal collaborators and users.
    • Resource and vendor management: Strategically manage internal teams, key local vendor relationships, and technology partners to balance capacity and ensure efficient delivery without compromising quality. Manage key local vendor relationships.
    • Financial management: Oversee budget planning, allocation, and tracking to ensure alignment with business objectives. Monitor financial performance, control costs, and provide accurate reporting to support decision-making and optimize resource utilization across projects, platforms, or services.

    What you will need to be successful (experience and qualifications)

    • Proven experience in regional technology leadership within retail, convenience, or fleet domains.
    • Significant experience working across complex, globally dispersed businesses.
    • Computer Science degree or equivalent work experience.
    • Successful application of Agile, Lean, and project delivery methods.
    • Excellence in balancing strategic priorities with tactical execution, with solid attention to detail.
    • Outstanding communication and influence skills, with the ability to engage with a broad range of collaborators and prioritize demands
    • Motivated by the challenges of solving complex problems and a passion for making things happen
