    Cashbook and Creditors Clerk

    Experiential and Educational Requirements

    • Matric
    • Relevant Diploma/Degree or studying towards

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Accounts Payable
    • Perform day to day Accounts Payable function (Including Verifying, Allocating, Computing, Posting & Reconciliation of accounts payables' data).
    • Capture creditors invoices daily.
    • Prepare creditor reconciliation and payment runs (Ad-hoc, Weekly, Monthly) in line with Accounts Payable Policies & Procedures & Delegation of Authority (DOA).
    • Management of Vendor Age Analysis to ensure that queries are kept to a minimum.
    • Liaise with internal customers and suppliers to ensure high service delivery and support.
    • Ensure that Month End accruals are prepared before closure.

    Safety Officer (Ogihara South Africa)

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

    • Relevant National Diploma or Nebosh Certificate
    • HIRA (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment) knowledge and training
    • Incident Investigation – working knowledge and training
    • Must have a valid driver's license
    • ISO 14001 and ISO 45001

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

    • Degree in Safety Management or Nebosh Diploma

    EXPERIENCE

    • 3 – 5 years relevant experience in environmental and safety management, preferably in Automotive Manufacturing or Manufacturing
    • Sound working knowledge of safety and environmental legislation (OHS Act 85 of 1993 and eThekwini By-Laws, current occupational health and safety procedures, policies and standards.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    •  Implement global and national safety standards.
    • Build awareness through ongoing communication and knowledge sharing to encourage healthier, safer working practices.
    • Conduct safety patrols and report on findings (ideally at least 80% of time to be spent on the shop floor). This includes ensuring:
    • A safety first, environmentally compliant environment in line with ISO 14001 (2015)
    •  Conducting risk assessments for all processes
    • SOPs are followed and STOP CALL WAIT is followed for any abnormal or non-standard operations
    • All machines are in safe working condition and that maintenance schedules are followed
    • Daily activities on the shop floor align with safe working methods and SOPs
    • Correct PPE is used
    • Contactors have relevant permits and that they adhere to safety specifications and 37.2 agreements
    •  Ensure legal appointments are in place, valid and understood.
    •  Chair the monthly Health and Safety committee meeting.
    • Support with the company's ISO 14 001 EMS, internal auditing and management and diagnostic reviews.
    •  Conduct morning toolbox talks and safety briefs
    • Work with relevant managers to ensure all facilities are in good working order, including working with Maintenance to highlight problems and ensure resolution.
    •  Execute the Safety Training and Development Plan, including coordinating outsourced training providers.
    • Train and induce new starters and emergency / unscheduled contractors prior to them coming on site.
    • Present training and simulations.

    TECHNICAL PRE-REQUISITE

    • Good working knowledge of safety and environmental legislation (OHS Act 85 of 1993 and National Environmental Management Act), current occupational health and safety procedures, policies and standards and NOSA safety systems
    • Working knowledge of ISO 14001 (2015) and ISO 45001 (2018) standards
    • Good working knowledge of Workman's Compensation/COID Act
    •  Contractor management skills
    • Proficiency in all technical / operational aspects of safety management to be able to do root cause analysis and accident investigation
    •  Administration and reporting skills

    Area Sales Representative

    Qualification and Experience:

    • Scheduling Technicians for daily services and breakdowns
    • Finalizing quotes register for the month.
    • Facilitating customer complaints and queries; ensure it is followed through and communicate process / result to customers.
    • Ensuring that team achieves predetermined targets.
    • Foster and maintain dedication to service excellence in every aspect of work carried out; ensure timeous feedback / communication to customers.
    • Processing of Service Agreements (as and when required), processing of invoices, creating order numbers, updating of records on Kerridge system (ensuring that jobs are opened and closed as per company standards, accurate and timeous processing of invoices, generating order numbers for both internal and external customers, accurate and timeous processing of technician's / mechanics time sheets, etc.).
    • Depending on the specific team the controller is placed in, various specific administrative tasks relating to invoices and managing service schedules might be added to this area of ​​responsibility.
    • Assisting the team Leader to chase up on order numbers & following through with order number to proceed with job.
    • Providing scheduled (monthly, weekly, and daily) and ad-hoc reports as might be requested by department manager and/or product support engineer/foreman.

    Warehouse Administrator

    Essential duties and responsibilities:

    • Assist in the physical verification of stock and ensure adherence to FIFO (First In, First Out) control procedures.
    • Confirm transfer orders in SAP to ensure accurate clearing of bins and alignment with SAP delivery notes.
    • Validate sales orders, purchase orders (POs), Bill of Entry (BOE), and packing requirements with Sales and Customers to ensure all specifications are met.
    • Organize and maintain a filing system for all daily delivery notes, ensuring they are accurately filed against the respective customer bins.
    • Process product returns within 48 hours in SAP and communicate any issues or updates to the Team Leader and GAP (Goods Allocation Process).
    • Be available to work overtime as needed to meet customer demands and contribute to continuous customer satisfaction.
    • Ensure that bins 923 and 200 are cleared at the end of each shift to maintain efficient operations.
    • Execute transaction VL060 to generate a daily list of outbound delivery documents, ensuring all special delivery instructions and addresses are followed.
    • Help prepare for stock takes and actively participate in regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
    • Oversee and ensure that daily housekeeping is performed according to 5S principles by all team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment. 

    Experiential and Educational requirements:

    • Minimum of Matric / Grade 12
    • Higher Certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Operations
    • Relevant diploma (in Logistics / Supply Chain / Operations
    • Basic Computer Skills, MS Office, and SAP 
    • 2-3 years related experience.  
    • Forklift/Reach Truck Operator License (Advantageous)
