    Assistant Manager, Retail - iStore Canal Walk, Pre Owned Cape Town

    Job Description

    • iStore is the home of everything Apple, and Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller. With a retail footprint of more than 30 physical and online stores across Africa that provide expert advice, Apple Authorised Repairs, Business, Education, training and technical support for anything and everything Apple.
    • Our iStore Assistant Manager is responsible to provide inspirational leadership to the iStore team and ensure that the iStore achieves or exceeds unit, financial and developmental targets in the iStore.
    • Ensuring that the iStore becomes synonymous with anything Mac in the customers eyes. Overall responsibility and accountability for the iStore customer experience and target achievement. Lead teams, provide supportive feedback, and ensure both team members and customers have a valued experience.

    You need to have:

    • Matric and tertiary preferred
    • 3+ Years managing sales teams
    • Retail operations experience and knowledge
    • Leadership experience
    • Matrix management capability to ensure co-operation across business functions

    What We're Looking For

    We are seeking ambitious graduates who:

    • Have completed a Bachelor's Degree/National Diploma in any field within the last three years
    • Graduated from a recognised South African university
    • Have a strong interest in retail, technology, hospitality and customer experience
    • Demonstrate leadership potential and a willingness to learn
    • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Are energetic, driven, and customer-focused
    • Thrive in fast-paced environments
    • Have strong problem-solving and organisational abilities
    • Are committed to completing the full 12-month programme
    • Any work experience in retail or hospitality is a plus

    Minimum Requirements

    • Completed and passed National Senior Certificate
    • Bachelor's Degree completed within the last three years
    • South African citizen
    • Reside within the Gauteng municipal area
    • Able to travel regularly to Sandton and other iStore locations as required
    • Available to commence the programme full-time from the 1st of September 2026
    • Willing to work retail hours when required, including weekends and public holidays during certain rotations

    iStore Contact Centre Agent - Sandton

    Job Description

    • iStore is the home of everything Apple, and Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller. With a retail footprint of more than 40 physical and online stores across Africa that provide expert advice, Apple Authorised Repairs, Business, Education, training and technical support for anything and everything Apple.
    • The Call Centre Agent is the first line of contact for iStore clients. This individual needs to have high energy and a passion for communicating and talking with clients.
    • This is a customer service focused role that ensures clients are assisted with anything ranging from queries, products, to technical support. If you take joy in communicating and helping other, this role could suit you.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide support, assistance and resolution in line with the iStore trading hours
    • Achievement of targets
    • Adherence to contact centre processes and procedures
    • Handle complaints, answer queries and provide support and general information
    • Be fully conversant with the Core Group's client care and client satisfaction policies and service level undertakings
    • Display a passion for client service, client satisfaction and commitment to meeting and meeting and exceeding client expectations 
    • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with both clients and co-workers in challenging situations i.e. irate clients, conflict resolution, etc.
    • Technical support: Resolving technical issues telephonically and possibly researching technical issues
    • Status queries: Assist customers with queries on all repairs in progress
    • Call logging all incoming telephonic requests
    • Customer service

    Customer Compliance & Service Officer

    Job Description

    Purpose of the Role

    • Ensure all customer documentation is accurate, complete, compliant, and processed within required standards, manager customer tickets effectively while ensuring response and resolution targets are achieved.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver professional customer support while managing expectations.
    • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and store teams
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure favourable business outcomes
    • Identify potential risks and assist in implementing preventative measures

    Requirements
