    What will make you successful in this role?

    Minimum Qualification Required

    • Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
    • Leadership Qualification Advantageous

    Minimum Experience

    • Minimum 3 years in the STI environment
    • Minimum 3 years in the Emergency Call centre / Call centre

    Sales Team Manager

    What will you do?

    • Manages individuals within a team e.g. call centre agents / consultants within the communication centre. Ensures that the team reaches target by monitoring individual performance on a constant basis.
    • Very knowledgeable on all aspects of the products, processes and systems. Mentors team and gives constant real-time support in terms of query resolution.

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience

    Minimum Qualification

    • Grade 12 / Standard 10 / NQF 4
    • Tertiary qualification / NQF 5
    • RE5 Certificate (as per DOFA date)
    • STI FAIS credits (as per DOFA date)

    Minimum Experience

    • A minimum of 1 to 5 years sales experience in a call centre
    • Previous team management experience in a call centre
