Minimum Requirements 

• Passed Matric (Grade 12)
• Valid Grade B PSIRA certificate
• 5 Years Armed response service experience
• Completed NKP qualification
• Firearm competency for business purpose (Handgun, Shotgun and Riffle)
• SWAT level 1 (Apply tactical knowledge in the use of firearms according to SAQA unit standards 12350, 123512, 123513, 123518)
• Valid drivers licence
• Will be required to pass firearm theoretical and practical evaluation
• Must successfully pass RFA medical examination and safety induction training
• Must complete arresting techniques training
• Must pass a pre-employment polygraph test
• Good written and spoken communication skills (English)
• Must reside in Secunda or surrounding areas

Minimum Requirements

• Passed Grade 12

• Medical fitness
• Grade A PSIRA registered
• Must have firearm competency for Shotgun, Handgun or Riffle (Business Purposes)
• A tertiary qualification in Security or any related field would be an advantage
• At least 3-5 years’ experience as a Site/Contract Manager
• Rosters for the site/sites under your control to be handed to the employees no later than the 10th of each month
• Report changes to rosters to Roster Clerk and ensure that the changes are made, and new rosters delivered
• Maintain discipline in a fair and impartial manner on every site
• Site management and attend all serious incidents
• Supply full statements to the client and Branch Manager
• Daily checking and signing of OB and patrol on site
• Daily checking of registers and other documentation
• Ensure that Job Descriptions, Risk Assessments and Site Procedure Manuals are in the site file that must be available at the on-site security office/control room
• Ensure that casual contracts are approved via email by the client before posting any guards on site
• Give immediate attention to client problems and feedback to be supplied to the client and Branch Manager in writing
• Feedback to be given to client and Branch manager on all remedial action taken on points raised during client visits
• Assist management where needed

• Daily running of a sites in liaison with the Ops Manager
• Attain and maintain a professional sites standard
• Building and Maintaining relationships with the client
• Management of staff including recruitment, induction, performance management
• Training and Development
• Responsible for all industrial relations and Health & Safety on site
• Report Writing – Monthly reports and incident reports
• Creating site rosters
• After hours site visits compulsory
• Staffing – ensure site is covered as per contractual obligations
