ABOUT THE ROLE:

• This role is a permanent full-time position.
• As a Security Coordinator Operations, you will be responsible for implementing and executing the Security strategy on the specific Operation / Site as allocated (4-D strategy).

Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

• Quality Control and verification of the Site-Specific Security Operation;
• Execute Critical Control Verification Tasks as required and allocated;
• Report all Safety and Security Incidents;
• Submit Security Reports as required;
• Manage Security Service Provider Contract on site (Compliance with SLA);
• Security Communication with work force on site;
• Supervise and train staff on focused and targeted surveillance and ensure teams comply with surveillance and reporting procedures;
• Liaise with on-site security coordinators to ensure that system operators are kept informed on any events/actions that may affect the security of the site;
• Act as custodians of the LEAN process (L1/L2);
• Conduct site specific security technology verifications and make recommendations aligned with 4-D strategy;
• Assist with security investigations when required and avail surveillance footage to support investigations;
• Act as liaison between Security and Information Technology on all security related systems;
• Administer Security Finance;
• Supervise security access control function;
• Coordinate Security vehicle fleet;
• Coordinate Security accommodation and facilities;
• Coordinate all Security projects.

ABOUT YOU:

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

• Must have a minimum of 5 - 10 years substantiated experience in the security field;
• Guarding experience with specialist knowledge of general guarding operations and application of technology in the field of guarding, of which at least 2 years must be in the Mining Environment;
• Communication with senior management.

Qualifications for this role are:

• Grade 12;
• Diploma/NQF5/6 Certificate/ a 3-year tertiary qualification related to Security Management or Equivalent qualification;
• Valid Code E/EB driving license.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• This role is a permanent full-time position.
• As a Supervisor Production Reduction, you will be responsible for the supervision and the execution of production and logistics activities undertaken by front-line operational personnel and lead in line with the schedule, standards and performance targets for People, HSECQ, Volume & Cost.

Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

• Provide day-to-day supervision, expertise and direction to a Production team within an operation area to ensure delivery against plans;
• Supervise and lead the execution of the production plan in order to achieve established performance targets;
• Ensure Production employees and contractors adhere to work standards, are competent, and understand the purpose and functionality of critical controls relevant to their work;
• Provide input into production or logistics strategies, budgets, and plans as well as the improvement of work management processes and critical controls for material risks;
• Provide day-to-day supervision, expertise and direction to a Production team within an operational area to ensure delivery against plans;
• Provide support to internal and external stakeholders to ensure achievement of objectives;
• Identify and develop cost-effective processes to increase efficiency and reduce cost drivers.

ABOUT YOU;

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

• A minimum of 4 - 6 years in Production/ Industrial experience of which 1 year in a supervisory capacity in a production field;
• Be prepared to work shifts if needed;
• Perform standby duties from time to time as required by the organization;
• Computer literacy (MS Office).

Qualifications for this role are:

• Degree / National Diploma in a Technical field of study;
• Valid Trade Test.
