    Key Account Manager

    Job Description:

    • Accountable to implement and manage an effective and compliant staffing solution that is aligned to the needs of the client and to implement tactics aimed at securing business growth.
    • To pro-actively manage the engagement of non-permanent employees in the client environment and to actively secure and ensure client retention and growth through service excellence and compliance with service level agreements

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Obtain business recruitment needs from new and existing clients
    • Load job requisitions
    • Conduct Recruitment Strategy Discussions, with Hiring Managers, in line with job description requirements
    • Work closely with the Recruitment Consultant to find and place candidates
    • Provide monthly reports – in terms of Talent Acquisition KPI’s, and other ad-hoc reports required by the client
    • Leverage relationship networks and partnerships to gain influence and support.

    Solutions Sales Consultant

    Job Description:

    • The Solutions Sales Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving the strategic growth of our consulting and project-based service offerings. This role is responsible for identifying, shaping, and securing opportunities for complex consulting and technology solutions, with a strong focus on project, programme, and portfolio management.
    • Working in close collaboration with internal subject matter experts, solution architects, and delivery teams, the Senior Solutions Sales Specialist will develop tailored value propositions that address client challenges, strengthen long-term relationships, and contribute to business growth.

    Minimum Requirements:

    Experience:

    • 10–15+ years of experience in solution sales, consulting sales, or business development within a technology or professional services environment.
    • Strong track record of closing complex consulting and project services deals, ideally in the PPM or digital transformation space.
    • Previous experience selling into or engaging with PMOs, Transformation Offices, or strategic project portfolios.

    Education:

    • BCom Degree or Diploma in Information Technology

    Business Development & Opportunity Origination:

    • Identify and qualify new consulting and technology solution opportunities, with a focus on PPM, digital transformation, and workforce technology.
    • Identify and define tailored solutions for enterprise clients across financial services, telecoms, retail, and government sectors.
    • Work closely with marketing to activate lead-generation campaigns and manage the top of the funnel.
    • Identify and explore cross-selling opportunities

    Solution Shaping & Sales Execution:

    • Engage across the sales lifecycle from prospecting through to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
    • Work collaboratively with SMEs and consultants to shape solutions offerings   including PMO advisory, tool implementation, and SOW-based delivery models.
    • Present solution-based value propositions that are aligned to client pain points, budget realities, and strategic goals.

    Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain trusted relationships at all levels of the client organisation — from project leads to C-suite.
    • Conduct buyer behaviour analysis and tailor engagements to client personas (e.g., CIO, Head of PMO, Transformation Directors).
    • Drive account expansion through proactive account management and a consultative approach to cross- and up-selling.

    Sales Management & Performance Tracking:

    Employee Relations Manager

    Job Description:

    • To provide specialist advice and support related to employee relations; continuously improving the quality, service and associated work outputs, contributing to and advising on procedures and processes that are in alignment with established practices, policy and labour legislation.

    Minimum Requirements:

    Experience:

    • 3 – 5 years relevant experience
    • Advance IR experience

    Education:

    • Bachelor`s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Business, Commerce and Management Studies

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Accountable for the improvement of quality, service and desired work outputs, advising on procedural and process improvements; enabling adherence to a set framework of policies and procedures.
    • Proactively identify process related operational problems, determine cause and effect and recommend improvements to solve issues based on previous experience and an understanding of the context of the problem.
    • Plan for the organisation of work outputs and process improvement activities in light of a specific situational context related to an area of specialisation.
    • Gather relevant information related to specialisation activities; collate and integrate into written reports for assessment or appraisal and present as an input to managerial reporting or decision making.
    • Implement, manage and enable fair employee relations practices, to enable workforce delivery related to business objectives.
    • Maintain current knowledge of related government rules and regulations, including all applicable Labour laws and regulations, to ensure adherence to compliance and meet reporting requirements.
    • Collaborate with different business areas to provide employees with knowledge and awareness of relevant laws, associated regulations as well as requirements.
    • Identify, diagnose and recommend improvements and provide specialist advice and support; ensuring that solutions are appropriate and effective.
    • Provide training and development related to Labour law processes and the application of internal policies to line management and Human Resources practitioners.
    • Represent area of responsibility at the Bargaining Council and with associated CCMA processes to effectively resolve disputes.
    • Provide support to management in resolving employee disputes, including union negotiations, strikes, mutual interest disputes, wage negotiations, section 189/ 197 processes and mutual separation agreements, through consultation and act as a mediator to harmonise working relations.
    • Monitor and advice clients on the industrial or employee relations environment.
    • Advise on adherence to the application of labour legislation, conditions of employment and other related industrial matters and highlight potential risks.
    • Represent the organisation in conducting client specific union and employee-related negotiations, facilitating a favourable outcome for the organisation.
    • Ensure accurate client-specific reporting and trends analysis for all ER activities to enable comprehensive report submission to the team and the senior manager.
    • Ensure support to clients are executed within agreed client specific SLAs.
    • Comply with risk and governance policies and implement and provide subject matter feedback to enhance the development of processes applicable to an area of specialisation.
    • Implement, evaluate, monitor and realign area specific processes, advising on compliance and delivery within the context of specified legislation.
    • Provide advice and support to the business with the aim of mitigating litigation risk across impacted operational areas.
    • Adhere to financial controls, governance and compliance policies and processes throughout an area of specialisation, contributing to cost efficiency.

    Account Manager

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Identify and validate selected client opportunities
    • Collaborate with other stakeholders to provide a conceptual solution that is aligned to the clients’ needs
    • Develop a conceptual proposal and submit / present in line with Adcorp and ATS’s Corporate Identity
    • Ensure client has a full understanding of the proposal and refine the proposal to ensure 100% alignment with the client’s needs
    • Obtain client sign off of the proposal / solution
    • Continually research and network to stay abreast of global trends, consumers & competitors customers/partners satisfaction levels
    • Attend conferences and networking opportunities.
    • Ensure ongoing relationship building to retain the client and to identify new sales opportunities
    • Ensure client is aware of ATS differentiation at all times.
    • Update the sales pipeline weekly
    • Update the CRM with the appropriate information
    • Prepare and present sales reports including sales turnover, sales pipeline, and areas of proposed client based to the Manager monthly
    • Ensure client reports are to standard and provided timeously to the client
    • Ensure a thorough briefing of all client information and project documentation to the Operational team responsible for delivery on the project
    • Liaise with operations ongoing to ensure client’s needs are being delivered on and to proactively manage any delivery challenges, through the operations team
    • Achieve agreed sales targets
    • Ensure Operational approval of all costings to clients and the achievement of budgeted GP’s
    • Agree on business terms and articulate these into the Service Level Agreement to the client
    • Ensure invoicing process is clearly understood and communicated to internal stakeholders – P.O process etc
    • Ensure the Service Level Agreement is signed
    • In the instance of a new client, liaise with finance to open a new client account in line with Adcorp process and policies
    • Escalate any deviation from 30 day payment terms to Finance

    Senior Trainer

    Job Description:

    • Conducting trainer led training to delegates in a classroom environment, utilizing prescribed vendor related content, to ensure successful completion and delivery of the curriculum. The above includes maintaining certifications in order to remain relevant.

    Minimum Requirements:

    Experience:

    • 3-5 years’ workplace experience in IT /Security /CISCO

    Qualifications:

    • Grade 12 or higher

    Hold vendor associated trainer certification in line with requirements of technology specialisations below:

    • Valid CCSI (Certified Cisco Instructor)
    • Cisco CCNA certified
    • Cisco CCNA CyberOps certified
    • CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, CySA+/Pentest+

    • Valid CEI (Certified EC-Council Instructor

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Deliver trainer-led sessions in a blended classroom environment, ensuring professional and effective curriculum delivery.
    • Prepare thoroughly for courses, including reviewing materials, setting up labs, and ensuring full functionality of training equipment.
    • Maintain alignment with vendor requirements, including using prescribed content, attending industry webinars, and staying updated with certifications.
    • Ensure course materials, slides, and supplementary reading are relevant, accurate, and aligned with the curriculum.
    • Provide additional support to delegates before class and during breaks, identifying struggling learners and offering solutions.
    • Ensure all delegates complete online evaluations, maintaining a high benchmark satisfaction score
    • Support sales teams by providing subject matter expertise and assisting in client meetings when needed.
    • Develop and structure customised courses when required.
    • Manage classroom setup, including seating, IT equipment, and cleanliness, ensuring a conducive learning environment.
    • Handle administrative tasks such as attendance registers, leave forms, course evaluations, and expense claims.
    • Deliver offsite and evening training as required.
