• NQF 10 Doctorate in Financial Management (not accounting) 

Work Experience:

• ​​Lecturing experience in the business or financial management field 
• Work experience as a business executive  

Key Performance Areas - Fully Online:

• Online/ Remote Preparation and lecturing as per the Module Guide
• Teaching curriculum outcomes as per contract hours and stipulated per pre agreed timetable
• Briefing students for assignments and providing feedback in a timeous manner
• Presenting class marks and feedback to the MODULE DISCIPLINE LEADER and discuss appropriate interventions for improved student success
• Actively engaging with current trends in teaching and learning strategies within The IIE VEGA environment.

Qualification:

• Minimum of a matric certificate 
• Degree will be advantageous 

Experience:

• 0-1 year work experience 
• Experience in administration , sales or customer relations will be preferable

Work Experience;

• Two years in curriculum development and design. Teaching Experience or facilitation of corporate education

• Minimum requirement: Doctorate in discipline aligned to the student’s chosen research topic Marketing and Branding

Work Experience:

• ​Research project or dissertation supervision experience ​​

Key Performance Areas:

• Online one-on-one supervision, marking of students work/ assessment submissions; providing detailed and constructive feedback on written work; administering and managing all required guidance, support and assessment associated with the student’s work, including feedback on drafts;submission of results and results reports as per process detailed in the guidelines/ handbooks and associated policies.
