    • Coordinate wine list projects from the initial draft through to final approval and production.
    • Review all wine list drafts against the approved Master Wine List.
    • Proofread content for spelling, grammar, formatting, consistency and overall presentation.

    • Coordinate the review and approval process with the Wine List Committee.
    • Consolidate feedback and communicate amendments clearly and accurately to designers.
