    Starke Ayres: Regional Sales Manager

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Determines the regional market potential by sales area of Starke Ayres’ range of products.
    • Develop and implement a regional marketing plan and sales strategy, based on market potential, identified priority products and projected market share.
    • Annually submits regional sales objectives by sales area phased monthly.
    • Monitors regional sales performance on an ongoing basis, and reviews and updates sales projections and stock requirements as and when required.
    • Supervises and monitors the regional marketing plan and sales strategy, and motivates adjustments as and when required.
    • Annually submits a financial budget based on projected regional sales/marketing expenses and capital expenditure in his/her region.
    • Monitors and controls regional sales/marketing expenses in his/her region, motivating adjustments as and when required.
    • Evaluate Starke Ayres’ product range in his/her region on an ongoing basis, identify weaknesses, and make recommendations with regard to new product introductions and deletions.
    • Allocates products in short supply in his/her region in line with market potential to ensure maximum long-term sales.
    • Appoints Sales Representatives and other regional marketing personnel in line with the region's needs and approved budgets.
    • Determines training needs of regional sales personnel and implements suitable and approved training programmes as and when required.
    • Evaluate the performance of regional sales personnel regularly

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Horticulture or Marketing Degree
    • B. Agric (Horticulture) (ideal)
    • Training in Marketing (FMCG)/ Personnel Management
    • Sales and Marketing, Presentation, and Computer Literacy
    • Valid Drivers License

    Starke Ayres: Driver heavy motor vehicle

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assists the dispatch / Receiving Clerk in the loading of the delivery vehicle.
    • Checks that all goods loaded are in line with the Delivery Notes.
    • Checks goods when offloading with the customer against the Delivery Note, and ensures that the customer signs the copy of the Delivery Note as Proof of Delivery. (POD’s).
    • Any goods found short must be listed and signed for by the customer.
    • Collects payment from the customer in the event of COD orders.
    • Ensures that all goods delivered are in a clean and saleable condition with regard to packaging, general appearance, and neatness. Hands in all P.O.D’s / COD monies to the Depot / Stores / Dispatch Supervisor on his return to the Warehouse.
    • Reports any shortages in POD’s / COD monies immediately to the Depot / Stores / Dispatch Supervisor
    • Collects returns as listed on a Goods Return Voucher (GRV’s) as and when required to do so.
    • Hands in all goods and GRV’s to the Depot / Stores / Dispatch Supervisor on his return to the Warehouse.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Matric
    • Code 10 drivers license
    • 2-4 years relevant driving experience.

    Quality of work:

    • Ordering correct parts the first time around to complete the job
    • Loading and closing of quality DTAC's 100%

    Administrative duties:

    • Completion of job cards within 24 hours

    • Ensure customer satisfaction is at 100% and all queries are attended to timeously.
    • Ensure proper communication regarding jobs in progress

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Planning, preparing and delivering lessons to all students in the class according to the Cambridge curriculum;
    • Teaching according to the educational needs, abilities and achievements of the individual students and groups of students;
