    E-Commerce Customer Service Agent (FTC)

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused E-Commerce Customer Service Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer queries across multiple communication channels, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, live chat, and social media
    • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and within set SLA timeframes
    • Accurately capture and update customer information on CRM systems
    • Provide clear, professional, and timely feedback to customers
    • Escalate complex issues to management when necessary
    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
    • Ensure all queries and complaints are closed within required timelines
    • Support customer retention through excellent service delivery

    Key Requirements

    • Grade 12 (Matric) – essential
    • Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service or customer resolution environment
    • Experience in retail or e-commerce (advantageous)
    • Tertiary qualification (advantageous)

    Data Analyst

    Job Purpose

    • The incumbent will be responsible to interpret data and turn it into information which can offer ways to improve a business, thus affecting business decisions. Required to gather information from various sources and interpret patterns and trends and deliver to end user accurately, timeously and in an understandable format.

    Automation Tester

    Job Description

    • Pepkor Lifestyle is looking for an Automation Tester, responsible to conduct efficient and effective automated testing of new and customised software applications this includes, change requests and strategic projects aligned to business requirements.
    • The Automation Tester is responsible for designing, creating, and maintaining automated test scripts for software applications, ensuring the software’s functionality, performance, and reliability.
    • They work closely with the development and quality assurance teams to identify and automate test cases, improve test coverage, and enhance the overall quality of the software.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with the development and QA teams to understand project requirements and design effective test strategies.
    • Develop and maintain automation test scripts for web and mobile applications using testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar technologies.
    • Execute automated test cases and analyze test results to identify defects, report issues, and verify fixes.
    • Create and maintain test data and test environments to support automation efforts.
    • Identify opportunities to improve test automation processes and implement best practices.
    • Perform regression testing to ensure the stability of the software after code changes.
    • Participate in test case reviews and provide feedback to improve test coverage and quality.
    • Generate test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
    • Collaborate with the manual testing team to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in test automation techniques and tools.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as an Automation Test Analyst, preferably in web ,API and mobile application testing.
    • Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
    • Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium).
    • Knowledge of web and mobile application testing methodologies and best practices.
