    Sales Consultant - Fiscal (Instrumentation)

    Job description.

    The incumbent will be responsible for the Sales of Fiscal Level Measuring Products and Solutions within Automation and Control Solutions. (Tank Terminal Management Solutions). This functions is responsible for the creation and maintenance of sustainable customer relationships.

    Minimum Requirements

    ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • National Diploma – Instrumentation and Control
    • Industrial Trade Test in Instrumentation (advantageous)

    Experience

    • Technical Sales experience required
    • Two years industry experience
    • Process Plant Knowledge (advantageous)
    • Drivers Licence Required

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Pursue new customers
    • Follow sales strategies in alignment with SPI methodology
    • Face to face consultative selling
    • Monthly sales forecast report for day to day sales
    • Execute defined sales strategies to win and meet sales budget
    • Consult with internal support structures for engineering solutions to assist customers
    • Gather data required for engineering and selection, refer to sales support and internal resources for solutions
    • Present product presentations and perform demonstrations
    • Follow up on quoted opportunities
    • Provide win / loss reasons in customer relationship management system
    • Administer sales quotes register
    • Liaise with technical team in order to deliver effective after-sales service to customers
    • Create and maintain relationships with new stakeholders
    • Gather customer information to identify new opportunities

    Junior Planner

    Job description

    The incumbent will be responsible for the administrative and planning activities and functions associated with the repairs and service received by IVS. To ensure that all repairs and services to both internal and external customers are delivered on time and according to our policies and procedures. To ensure that customer feedback with regards to status of repairs are given on a regular basis. Responsible for JHB and KZN.

    Minimum Requirements

    ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • Matric
    • Administrative/ Planning Diploma (Advantageous)

    Experience

    • 2 to 3 years related experience
    • MS Office Experience
    • Planning and Scheduling Experience

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Assist with the planning and scheduling of repairs and services
    • Pre-Shut site survey in conjunction with Technicians / Managers / QC
    • Assist with Pre-planning and scheduling of shutdowns
    • Assist with after shut QC CD and sent to Customer
    • Obtain datasheets and material lists per repair
    • Obtain spares required from Supervisors / WRS
    • Submit relevant documentation to Internal sales in order to quote
    • Follow up with internal sales until quote is received
    • Ensure correct spares and labour are quoted
    • Ensure that quote is submitted to the customer on time
    • Ensure sufficient and correct stock is kept in stores and assist with stock take
    • Weekly follow up with Customer to obtain orders for quoted repairs and services
    • Ensure QC Pack and all relevant documents are dispatched with repair and e-mailed to Customer according to Fisher and Rosemount standards
