Requirements:

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Input Processing on Workday:

• Banking Details
• New engagements
• Transfers & Job Changes 
• Terminations 
• Travel Allowance
• Update of employee information 
• Audit of employee information 

Monthly Administration 

• Sort Payslips & Airfreight to Branches
• Save Input on monthly WD tracker.
• UI19 for the leavers 
• Salary schedules
• Monthly Reports 

SKILLS and COMPETENCIES

• Strong behavioural connection with values of service, relationships and teamwork 
• High energy level / self-motivated /planning and organizing 
• Good communication skills (written / verbal / non-verbal
• Strong financial numeracy and analytical skills
• Be structured and organized
• Ability to work on own initiative 
• Ability to work under pressure and in a deadline driven environment
• Attention to detail

QUALIFICATIONS and  EXPERIENCE

• Qualification in Accounting or Payroll
• 1 - 3 years HR or Payroll experience
• VIP experience is essential
• Exposure to Workday - beneficial
• Computer literate - MS Office, Windows
