    Technical Sales Engineer

    Job description

    OUR CLIENT

     

    French owned, our client is a manufacturing company specialised in associated connectors for control equipment and vehicles. What defines their philisophy ? Innovation, quality solutions and sustainable development.

     

     

     

    THE ROLE

     

     

    The duties will be:

     

    • Maintain sales volume.
    • Managing existing accounts.
    • Identify new potential customers and sales opportunities.
    • Detect key markets and market players in the relevant industries.
    • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ requirements.
    • Build sustainable, safe and reliable long-term relationships with customers.
    • Monitor costs, competition, supply and demand.
    • Manage sales forecasts.
    • Liaise on a regular basis with the French headquarter to ensure the subsidiary activity reporting.

     

     

    YOU

     

     

    • Degree or Technical Qualification in Electrical or Mechanics.
    • At least 3 years’ experience in technical sales experience.
    • Leadership skills.
    • Solution provider and customer service skills.
    • Excellent negotiation skills.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently.
    • Computer literacy – Microsoft Office, Pastel, Baan, Salesforce.
    • Availability to travel.
