Are you up to the challenge of taking on the role of Client Experience Designer within a vibrant and exciting Experience and Process Design team?
You will draw on your expertise to redesign the client journey and identify challenges and opportunities in the current processes across all touch points. In radically rethinking the experience, you will need to understand clients as individuals and provide them with the value they seek. You will need to understand both client needs and the root causes of client experience issues, and then develop the appropriate experiences.
Job Requirements
Your background in client experience, user experience and visual or communication design, together with your experience in leading game-changing client experience initiatives is what will attract our attention.
