Our Sales office based in the Western Cape is looking for a Sales coordinator.

APPLICANT SHOULD HAVE MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

• Matric (Grade 12)
• ABET Level 4 – Numeracy and Literacy
• English and Afrikaans are compulsory

OTHER/BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCE

• Good communication Skills with good telephonic manner
• Be a self-motivated team player and must be able to work independently

• Support and assist customers with queries and problem solving

EXPERIENCE

• Understanding the Sales & Marketing processes and outputs
• Computer Literacy essential – Office Suite and SAP
• Systematic approach
• Completion of C & CI technology course, Level 2 is preferably

DUTIES

• Taking orders
• Resolving all customer queries professionally and timeously
• Maintain master data on SAP system
• Handle quotation process
• Maintain tender system
• Processing sales and purchase orders
• Producing reports and quotations
• Global price updates
• Liaise with transporter planners regarding order scheduling
