You Will Be
Job Requirements
You need to have at least 3 - 4 years' core experience of managing Desktop/Laptops, a good understanding of Desktop/Laptop troubleshooting, experience in managing VIP users (you are expected to excel in technical ability and mobility support), as well as hands on experience on Audio/Video conferencing (should be able to manage high profile meetings).
You need to be good at supporting all IT related provided equipment such as PCs, Macs, Printers, Phones and Tablets, and assisting with testing and integrating new IT provided equipment and service as required.
Lastly, you need previous working experience in a 24x7 support environment and you must be comfortable working in Global teams, handling critical incidents (Priority 1 issues) as well as communicating with and managing key stakeholders (internal/external).
