Key Responsibilities:
- New business co-ordination (this includes, preparing and tracking quotations,managing assosicates, assessment centre planning and tracking, completing worksheets for invoicing, and seeking new assessment opportunities in the market)
- Psychometric Assessment Administration (accreditation on CPP, Psytech, Baron EQ-i, MBTI & Ravens advantageous)
- Writing Reports (this includes preparation of templates, writing of integrated report, signing off on reports, editing colleagues reports and sending completed reports to clients)
- Providing feedbacks (this include both candidate and line manager feedback)
- Assessment material management
- Supervise and train intern Psychometrists; ensure efficient distrabution of work
- Contribute towards knowledge development within the organsiation, this includes assisting others in the orgnaisation on systems and procedures training (e.g. SHL, Genesys, Cubiks, etc.)
- Ad hoc duties on assessments or other projects when requireed.
