Job description

The Estée Lauder Companies’ Marketing Internship program runs for 6 months. Interns will be based at our company offices in Kyalami. The internship will consist of meaningful brand marketing, sales, education and communication work experience and participation in various projects, tasks and assignments.

Job Description

• Provides support to the Brand teams in their day to day operations
• Provides admin support to all Brand teams, this includes presentations, reports, calendars, etc.
• Assists and participates in special projects as required
• Attend and participate in Brand meetings
• Assist with counter events as required
• Participate in brainstorming and digital programs as required
• Set up meetings as requested.
• Load purchase orders as required.
• Assists with couriers
• Collections from Warehouse
• Compile gift hampers
• Order follow up

Skills

• Strong attention to detail
• Time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• A passion for beauty/fragrance is a plus

B Com Marketing Graduates or Undergraduates who are studying towards their qualification
