Job description

The purpose of the role is execution, and delivery of all computer/web based learning programs across Barclays Africa. The position will involve e-learning/web design and site management for Learning at Barclays Africa design function.

Key Accountabilities

• Contributes to the strategic alignment and framework for design and development of learning solutions across Barclays Africa.
• Reviews detailed design document.
• Continuously benchmark Learning solutions and maintain high quality standards through research and updated knowledge.
• Contributes to design and implement evaluation criteria for successful implementation of the Learning solutions with clear objectives and successful performance metrics.
• Manage external vendors, and other related stakeholders to ensure compliance to the Barclays Procurement Policy and the delivery of agreed service levels.
• Learner support and administration providers
• Ensuring a disciplined approach to the management of the department budget

Education and Experience Required

• B Degree in Industrial Psychology or Human Sciences
• B Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance or Banking
• Five (5) years Technical experience
