Purpose

    The Creditors Clerk will provide administrative support to the Creditors Manager to ensure the effective management of creditors.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively manage the end to end creditors process ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all invoices.
• Professional engagement with suppliers to resolve all queries timeously and to the desired outcome.
• Organised and meticulous maintenance of all documentation.
• Accurate and timely submission of all month-end tasks before the stipulated deadline and have an in-depth understanding of all costs incurred.
• Maintain the accounts payable age analysis and ensure all amounts are accurate and have been reconciled.

Key Requirements

• 2 years’ creditors or relevant experience
• Exposure to foreign currency transactions and translation
• Grade 12 with Mathematics and Accounting
• Bookkeeping Diploma – desirable

Computer Skills/Knowledge

•     Proficient in Pastel Evolution
•     Proficient in MS Excel
