KEY OUTCOMES

• Accurate forecasting of Sales and Costs for Budget and re-forecast purposes.
• Pricing advice and Procurement support for the business when negotiating with client regarding scope, price, and legal terms.
• Quick and timely financial information consulted with the business in order to change and drive the right decision making. Business and key stakeholders always feeling adequately supported for all key financial and strategic decisions.
• Supporting and leading various operational efficiency drives.
• Cost management and prioritization for the business in all areas. (Headcount, Technology, Travel. Project Budgets)

CAPABILITIES

• Must have an advanced Finance Qualification (CA (SA)/CIMA/Degree).
• Must have a minimum at least 4 – 7 years’ experience having previously operated in a services orientated business. Added advantage to have worked in a matrix environment.
• Must have a good working knowledge of BEE requirements.
• Must have stakeholder management experience.
• Customer focused ability to work independently and drive results, effective communication skills and must have a strategic mind-set.

    Knowledge on Pricing and various methods.

    Experience of working in a Projects Environment, specifically to managing prices and costs within a project.
