LOOKING FOR HIGHLY EXPERIENCED INTERNAL RESOURCE CONSULTANT.

The ideal candidates will be responsible for:

•  Delivers operational Resourcing support
•  Administers volume resourcing processes and maintains the CV database -
•  Provides advice, interpretation and guidance on policies, practices and processes to identified customer groups -
•  Contributes to specific initiatives which are Resourcing-
•  Led within the overall Global, Region and local HR roadmap -
•  Responsible for the delivery of operational support in the execution of all elements of the operational people plan for Resourcing, including provision of tools, processes, coaching and best practice sharing -
•  Manager of self. Exchange ideas and information effectively, to explain ideas and concepts in a concise and logical way

Skills and experience

• 5+ years of proven experience in internal recruitment preferably for LARGE Corporate Entities.
• Experience in high volume resourcing.
