Job description

Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Engineering and automation experience is highly desired
• The candidate is expected to be adaptable across a wide range of different cloud enabled products and services
• Primary focus will be on developing cloud rollouts, administration and monitoring.
• Deep experience with Architecture, design, development and implementation of infrastructure and storage
• May be required to write Java code, performs unit tests and develop API specs.
• Understanding of tie-ins with other systems and platforms. Also be ask to develop tie-ins
• Works closely with application and infrastructure vendors.

Qualifications

• Overall 10+ years of industry experience with 5-7 Years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated professional expertise in a large ISP/Telcos company’s running an IT Production Operation at scale including Infrastructure (Servers, Network, Storage, Security) and Applications (Distributed, Middleware, Databases across all tiers)
• Ability to work with Infrastructures and Platforms including IaaS (Openstack), PaaS (Openshift), and Cloud technologies and tools for Continuous Delivery (CD)
• Highly experienced in Linux – Debian and RH functionalities/features and system administration
• Knowledge of virtualization management in OpenStack, RHEV, and VMWare
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience
