    Digital Marketing Manager

    Job description

    Responsibilities

    • Setting up yearly Online Direct Marketing Plan & Strategies
    • Submitting annual budget
    • Create websites that include functionalities important to capture the end consumer’s attention and convert sales
    • Manage, improve, analyze and implement ‘pay per click’ advertising & email marketing campaigns
    • Manage Jenman Safaris’ Social Media channels for the end-consumer including Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
    • SEO for existing and new websites targeting the end-consumer
    • Managing & monitoring website updates (rates, itineraries, texts, images, etc.) including 3rd party websites
    • Analyzing & presenting website statistics and creating plan of actions for improvements
    • Keeping up to date with new developments in online marketing and applying to Online Marketing Strategy
    • Providing Online Marketing Strategies and approximate budgets for new projects; proceeding on agreed plans
    • Developing, managing and analyzing ORM strategy
    • Overseeing, creating & sending of Jenman Safaris’ various newsletters, analyzing newsletter statistics
    • Ensuring end-consumers data is used and stored correctly and effectively
    • Overseeing, managing & analyzing of social media campaigns and products
    • Ensuring Jenman Safaris’ is well presented and up to date with current online marketing development
    • Creating & improving Jenman Safaris’ brand awareness in the online environment
    • Managing outsourced suppliers (e.g. web-design, pay-per-click-advertising)

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of marketing/advertising/trafficking experience with team leadership
    • Tertiary education/qualification in marketing, branding, digital strategy or project management
    • A passion for online marketing
    • Full computer literacy
    • Excellent communication
    • Time management and Excel skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to work under pressure
