    Corporate Digital Marketing Specialist

    Job description

    May work as part of a dedicated digital marketing team within the business entity, or work on discrete programs across all dimensions of the business. Create project work plans, deliver campaigns, produce performance dashboards, optimize web pages, perform testing and ensure quality assurance.

    What you will do…

    • Create and execute project work plans, and revise, as appropriate, to meet changing needs and requirements of the brand
    • Deliver a wide range of projects, including organic optimization, social media, paid search marketing, blog implementation and link building
    • Deliver website services, sampling, e-mail, media and other services for individual interactive programs and campaigns, including ongoing maintenance and operations
    • Create campaign performance dashboards for management reporting and decision making
    • Coordinate data capture and reporting to allow ongoing program measurement and optimization
    • Develop insightful, thorough recommendations to improve technical, design, content, on-page and off-page optimization elements, and acts as a link between brand teams and client services
    • Address ad hoc Web traffic/data interpretation questions and performs ad hoc data pulls as needed for status reports, meetings, reporting, among others
    • Perform testing and quality assurance of reports and other deliverables
    • Manage translation, localization and deployment of campaign materials to roll out campaigns across the globe
    • Serve as a point of contact for user feedback in each market; schedule in-market visits as needed
    • Brief and work with agencies and vendors on related non – digital campaign elements
    • Stay abreast of new and emerging technologies, and use them to meet communications objectives related to internal and client engagements

    The qualifications you will need…

    • B.Com Marketing or similar
    • Experience within a corporate or agency environment
    • Preference will be given to candidates who have previous experience within professional services or a B2B environment.
    • Strong preference given to candidates with both agency and corporate marketing experience because of our team’s business model.
    • Experience using digital technologies such as Radian 6, social studio and others preferred
    • Digitally astute – Digital Marketing and Digital Media Auditing
    • Knowledge of marketing automation and technology enablement, message development, social CRM, advertising design and development and campaign Management
