Reporting to the VP Operations, you will be accountable for developing and implementing highly effective and compelling communications strategy, policies, and processes. You can make this role your own and implement world class practices in the communications space.
Ideally, you have led Communications in a global organization with responsibility for all forms of internal and external communications. Working strategically and operationally, you can drill down into tactically while being a forward-thinking strategic partner to Senior Executives. As the brand custodian, you will work closely with the Co-CEOs, VP Business Development, and external agencies to develop and implement the company’s communications strategy. As a key player in the organization you will direct internal and external projects and provide guidance and standards to employees on all communication-related matters. You will plan, design, and host world class events to enhance our brand in the marketplace and support business development success. You will ensure we fully leverage social media and digital channels to support our brand and vision supporting C-suite professional sales.

Your experience and qualifications
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience leading B2B marketing and internal communications in a company with a diverse mix of growth and mature global businesses. Prior responsibility for communications plans and strategies supporting sales and business development is essential. You can successfully lead and deliver against conflicting priorities and impossible deadlines for medium to large enterprise-wide projects. Experience with social media and digital marketing including SEM/SEO is vital along with superb written (SAE and UKSE) and visual communications. It is essential that you have a Bachelors Degree in communications, journalism or the like. You are willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
