    Head of Organisational Effectiveness

    Job description

    Summary of Role and Context:

    Reporting to the Group Head of People, a strategic and hands-on role that is focused on the long-term organizational and talent capabilities needed to drive the business strategies through the formulation of specific strategies to build our core competencies. An indicator of success is a YOY improvement in the collective core competence of the organisation.

    Required Knowledge, Experience and Skills

    • Proven successful experience demonstrating positive results in strategic planning, program development or organizational development
    • Ability to get key HR objectives accomplished though others – both direct report leaders as well as through leaders outside direct reporting relationship
    • Experience in leading within a matrixed environment
    • Experience designing and implementing innovative enterprise-level talent management and learning programs
    • Experience building high performance teams and leading through others to implement major solutions, requiring ownership, buy-in, and support
    • Demonstrated ability to flex style and solutions to the needs of the individual, organization, or environment
    • Strong business and financial acumen with a sense of urgency and a desire to achieve top line results
    • Strategic thinking ability
    • Conflict management
    • Problem solving
    • Decision-quality

    Educational Requirements:

    • HR related degree
    • Post Graduate qualification
