Customer Marketing Manager / Shopper Management at Syndicate Personnel Specialists

Job description

Challenges in the role include:

• Developing integrated business plans across multiple channels to equip sales and multi-functional resources with the strategic plans, initiatives, customer launch proposals, sales targets (pricing, shelving, in-store activations and merchandising) to ensure unity with the business
• Lead the shopper based plans within all key customers
• Ensure category growth by working closely with multiple internal resources to maximise brand equity with customers, shoppers and consumers
• Lead monthly sales review process
• Manage trade spend budget
• Create and execute picture of success to enable excellence in execution of all commercial activities
• You will be responsible for driving margins strategically across multiple channels by identifying gaps in the marketplace

Requirements / Non-negotiables:

• Degree
• At least 5 years in Shopper /Customer Marketing / Trade Marketing / Category or Commercial Roles within the FMCG market
• Strong Commercial understanding of business and other functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer, Finance and Supply Chain)
• FMCG industry experience a must
