The Role

• Creating and leading a confident, effective and happy Team who deliver passionately against a clear and focused strategy.
• Closely collaborate with the Retail Buying Heads to deliver the product strategy based on trend and with our customer being at the heart of what we do.
• Drive performance through engaging Teams to do their personal best.
• Researching and translating seasonal trends using business analytics, customer insights, trend tools, local and international retailing.
• Being able to identify key looks, items, colours and pattern into commercial success.
• Managing design to ensure that we always maintain our own identity.
• Assist in the development of Tech packs.
• Be a strong driver of the Quick Response and Fast Fashion initiatives.
• Highly influential and giving directional support to the VM, Marketing and Editorial Teams.
• Continuously find new sources of inspiration.

What You Need To Have

• A love of urban fashion.
• Preferably a qualification in either Design or Graphic Design.
• 8-10 years work experience.
• Strong retail background.
• Ability to be highly organized with great prioritization skills.
• Excellent organizing and inter personal skills.
• Experience working in Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign and Advanced MS office.
