    Visual Merchandiser

    Job description

    Responsibilities

    • To maintain VM to a high standard and according to the PANDORA guidelines
    • Work to all VM deadlines and ensure campaigns are prepared in advance of these deadlines
    • To train and manage performance of the In Store Visual Merchandisers, to recruit new VM’s when required.
    • Monitor the implementation of campaigns and promotions across all stores. Execute a monthly audit of VM in all stores and provide a continuous improvement plan.
    • Provide strategic input into the annual marketing plan ensuring that VM helps to drive the business objectives.
    • Monitor, track and forecast annual VM budget.
    • Order local and centrally produced collateral for all campaigns.
    • Plan and execute VM requirements for new store openings, liaising with brand team where required.
    • To evaluate and feedback on campaign reporting system via FTP and store visits
    • Work closely with Retail team to ensure best practice is maintained, and the full team are clear on challenges, plus to liaise on promotions e.g. bundle sets
    • Provide a monthly plan for the following month and present to the retail team.
    • Support PR with events to design layouts and style jewellery

    Qualifications

    • Matrix/ Tertiary (beneficial)
    • Language Skills
    • English: Fluent (Verbal & Written)
    • Computer Skills
    • MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)

    Work Experience Requirements

    Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales or Visual Merchandising

    Technical Competence Requirements

    • Strong commercial/retail skills
    • The ability to lead and motivate a team
    • A strong commitment to customer service
    • Problem solving skills and attention to detail
    • The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
    • Excellent communication skills (ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner and listen attentively to others)
    • Confidence, drive and enthusiasm
    • Excellent organizational, motivation and planning skills
