    Requirements

    • Responsible for developing a high-performance, results achieving culture
    • Overall responsibility for client base establishment and retention as well as maintain a growing order book
    • Member of divisional EXCO
    • Developing strategic sales and marketing plans aimed at furthering the exposure and growth of the company
    • Designing sales and marketing strategies necessary to achieving the Business Unit strategy
    • Directing and leading a team comprised of sales and product managers to success
