FIS Asset Arena 360 is an integrated solution covering all the Front/Middle Office Activities of an Asset Manager:

• Portfolio Management
• Simulation, Order Management
• Post Trade Workflow
• Reporting
• Compliance
• Performance
• Risk and CRM
• FIS Asset Arena 360 is currently looking for an experienced Java Developer to join the team in Cape Town
• The Software Engineer will work on several aspects of the software development life-cycle including; software design, development and application testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write software to implement technical requirements (backbone) & functional features
• Follow other senior developers (best practices, delivery, integration, unit testing..)
• Work with the QA Team to assist them in developing integration and functional tests

Level 3 support:

• Analysis of software defects and feedback to Professional Services team
• The technology stack will include:
• Java8, Swing, JavaFX, JUnit
• Windows, Eclipse IDE
• JBoss, Tomcat
• Spring, Hibernate
• MySQL
• Maven, SVN, JIRA, Crucible, Bamboo, Sonar

Person Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years Java experience and at Intermediate to Senior level
