Job description

We are looking for a well spoken, bubbly receptionist who is fluent in English, looking to join our dynamic team as the face of the business, and the first point of contact for our clients.

Specific duties include (but not limited to):

• General tasks
• Office administration
• Assisting with new and existing clients
• Setting up and co-ordinating meetings
• Answering and filtering phone calls
• General business administration
• Ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

• English first language
• Own vehicle
• Customer service experience
• Confidence and reliability
• Excellent organisation skills
• Excellent telephone manner
