POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for regional network maintenance activity can be basic process quality. And routinely audit the maintenance process

Key Responsibility Areas

JOB ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Check and maintain the quality of implementation of the "Maintenance Key Actions" to assist maintenance PM in routine self-examination and correction;
• Management Enhancement of company maintenance process compliance, organization of project audits;
• Assisting maintenance PM in the execution of internal control of project team
• Actively cooperate with auditors, independent third party inspection, implement business optimization and effectiveness improvement in the light of exposed risks and risks of internal control;
• Analyze the problem found or audited, and provide the improvement solution
• Conduct cyber security audits for project team (mainly network account sharing etc.).

Minimum Experience Requirements

• SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (List of the key competencies needed in the position):
• Education Requirement
• D3/S1 from any IT/computer related major

Experience Requirement

Fresh graduates are welcome

Skill requirement:

• Solid understanding of managing and analysis process quality issue
• Solid understanding of ITIL, ETOM
• Strong communication skill with colleague
• Preferred Job Qualifications:

Will be advantage with following skill:

• ETOM, ITIL Certificate
• Six Sigma Certificate
• Be active to work with PM to drive quality
• Willing to learn and take challenge
