ESTATE AGENCY MANAGER - SANDTON

Property.CoZa is seeking a highly motivated and goal driven qualified Estate Agency Manager to join our Sandton team. The ideal incumbent will be Passionate about Property, but more so, Passionate about People and will have the necessary Recruitment, Training & Development skills to lead a team of successful Property Professionals.

Real Estate knowledge, qualifications and experience are not negotiable.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• The complete management of Property Professionals, including but not limited to the following: recruitment process; training and development; support and back-up; enforcing individual targets and KPI’s
• Checking and signing off new contracts – OTP’s
• Office and area branding
• Arrange and conduct weekly office meetings
• Enforce and Implement office rules
• General office & personnel management duties
• Submitting monthly financial and performance reports to Franchisees
• Attend monthly meetings at Head Office

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• Qualifications in Real Estate – NQF5, PDE5
• Excellent written and verbal language skills
• Accounting skills
• Computer literate with the ability and willingness to learn new software applications
• Attention to detail; excellent organisational and planning skills
• High degree of discretion and integrity dealing with confidential information
• Multi-tasking, time management and working under pressure
• Knowledge of management procedures
• Knowledge of business principles
• Great customer service
• Ability to work independently and as a member of the team
• Experience in maintaining a database system
