Legal Property Advisor at Truworths

Job description

Truworths is seeking an experienced admitted attorney with commercial legal experience. This will be a 6 month contract position based at the Truworths head office in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating terms of complex commercial lease agreements within the retail sector.

Experience Required:

• More than 5 years' experience in a legal role (preferably in a retail, property development or property management company and/or commercial legal experience) which involved drafting and negotiating terms of commercial agreements.
• Legal degree (LLB)
• Admitted attorney
