Minimum Requirements
- 3 -4 years of commercial broking experience in the Durban market with a track record of consistent deal closure.
- Registered Estate Agent with the Estate Agents Affairs Board (EAAB) of South Africa
- Great communication skills (written and oral)
- Ability to sell, network and negotiate
- Must have own transport and mobile phone
