Trainer/Facilitator position available in the Training Department

Key areas of responsibilities:

• Deliver appropriate training to employees
• Maintain training records
• Prepare and facilitate learning
• Handle any training related administrative and adhoc tasks
• Remain updated with market trends
• Research new and relevant training methods
• Evaluate and assess leaner competence level
• Provide feedback to leaners
• Review training and compile consolidated feedback reports

Requirements:

• Short term insurance experience
• Min 5 years claims experience
• Commercial experience will be an advantage
• Be prepared to travel
• Be a team player
• Be prepared to handle confrontation
• Have a passion for people and the ability to influence and develop others
• Valid Driver's license
• Own Car
