We require a sales hunter to acquire new business.
Manage and develop a sales pipeline and forecast business weekly, monthly and quarterly.
Input all information onto the CRM system, a daily sales tool and reporting system to manage contacts, opportunities, pipeline and diary.
Developing relationships at various levels within an organization through the use of direct sales techniques.
Maintaining a high knowledge level of the company's products and services.
Sales performance; ensure monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets are met.
To work independently in order to effectively structure a day to allow for key sales related activities, including sales prospecting time.
To sign client contracts in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
Minimum Requirements
External sales experience in new business development.
Minimum of 5 years sales experience (preferably in the service industry).
A proven track record with consistently achieving targets.
Ability to deal with high end clients
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent and demonstrable people and communications skills. Strong relationship skills and the ability to work through short to medium term sales cycles.
Organizational skills, time management skills
Self-starter.
Able to manage change effectively and conform to shifting priorities and timelines
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
Strong negotiation skills
The sales person must be able to cope in a high pressured sales environment.
