    FOOD FRANCHISE BOOKKEEPER

    Job description

    Bookkeeper Job Duties:

    • Develops system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.
    • Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
    • Maintains historical records by filing documents.
    • Prepares financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing account information and trends.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    Requirement

    • Pastel experience : Minimum 3 years
    • Gaap experience : Minimum 3 years
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a food franchise company
    • Bookkeeper Diploma or B.Comm degree
