• A fantastic opportunity has arisen within our successful team.We are looking for an Internal Candidate Consultant to Support and work alongside our Senior Recruitment Consultants.
• An Internal Consultant at Syndicate Personnel Specialists plays an important part in the recruitment process in sourcing and engaging with candidates ,and providing major support services to the placement process.

Your role would be..

• To name gather, select and headhunt candidates for specific vacancies
• Schedule and organize interviews with suitable candidates
• Interview relevant candidates
• Brief ,debrief and handle the entire function on the candidate side including closing
• Reference checks
• Communicate job requirements and duties to prospective candidates
• Assist recruitment specialist in screening eligible candidates
• Maintain good relationships with all candidates, employees and corporate clients
• Maintain the internal CV-s database

Required Skills

• 2-3 years’ experience working in an recruitment agency not negotiable.
• Applications without recruitment experience will not be considered
• This is a recruitment agency role-Please do not apply if you wish to be in corporate
• Knowledge of recruitment and the hiring process
• Excellent team working skills
• Very organized and responsible
• Able to work with deadlines
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Hard working and dynamic person
• Good computer skills
• Advancement prospects are high, with hard work and extended knowledge on recruitment process, Internal Consultants can become Consultants.
