Junior Payroll Administrator at Talented Recruitment Specialists

• Our client is seeking a Junior Payroll Administrator to join their team based in Lansdowne.
• The ideal candidate will be organised, reliable and punctual, with basic office administration experience, good computer skills and a willingness to learn and develop within the payroll function.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with payroll administration and data capturing.
• Maintain accurate employee records and payroll documentation.
• Assist with checking timesheets, attendance records and leave information.
• Capture and update employee information on internal systems.
• Assist with filing, general office administration and recordkeeping.
• Handle confidential employee information professionally.
• Provide administrative support to the payroll team as required.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Computer literate, with basic MS Office skills.
• Previous office administration experience.
• Professional office etiquette and good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop payroll administration skills.
• Dedicated, reliable and punctual.
• Own reliable transport.
