Introduction

The Human Resources Sector is looking for another talented professional to complement their team, in the role of a Human Resources Consultant in Cape Town.

Specification

• You will be required to act as a business partner in ensuring that strategic HR objectives are met
• In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
• Attraction and retention of talent -which includes competency based recruitment (full function), including Psychometric test administration, remuneration benchmarking, national bursary programme administration, exit interviews, etc.
• Consult and provide a full HR generalist service to the business
• HR reporting and analysis
• Development of and implementation of various HR initiatives

Requirements

• BCom degree in Human Resource Management
• Minimum 4 years relevant HR experience
• Advanced level proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Working knowledge of BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA
• Working knowledge of Sage VIP People Payroll/HR software
