Job Description

To contribute toward the achievement of sales of WFS products through the accurate and efficient opening of new accounts. Fulfil Sales from various stages in the Sales Process specific to prospecting and TTD in addition to fulfil prospecting DM.

Activation of New Accounts
Customer Service and Confirmation of Employment and Underwriting
Cross Selling

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES

• Knowledge of the processes, rules, tools and systems adopted, implemented and monitored by WFS
• Call Centre Task and Processing Requirements
• Knowledge of Inbound and Outbound Contact Centre processes, methodologies, systems and technologies
• Product Knowledge (WFS and Absa Specific)
• Computer Literacy
• Data Checking

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

• Matric / Grade 12

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 1-2 years call centre experience
• Experience in the financial services industry
