Business Manager at Mindfield Resources

Job Description
We are seeking a Business Manager to join our client's leadership team to champion the positioning of their brands across South Africa . In this start up role you will be entrepreneurial in approach and bring an ambition which can be delivered while being able to balance the commercial and strategic priorities of growing a brand and business. A natural business leader you will appreciate lubricants within the B2B and B2C market context while using your creative talents to captivate their customers and consumers. Building and leading a team of dedicated people you will foster a collaborative culture while being supported by a global corporate network.

Reporting to the General Manager you will have full P&L responsibility for a exciting power brand and will be accountable for the strategy planning across the portfolio, delivering long term sustainable growth across South Africa.

About you

•  Experience in lubricant industry across South Africa
•  Proven track record in building brands within the Lubricant industry
•  Sound commercial expertise including accountability for delivering sales growth and profit & loss management
•  Appreciation of and the ability to engage credibly within B2B and B2C space.
•  A flexible and adaptable style which encourages collaboration and engagement from your teams
•  A willingness to experiment and influence those around you to go beyond what was thought possible
•  Excellent social, communication and presentation skills.
