    Head of Digital Publisher Operations

    Job Description

    Looking for a new challenge in the ever-evolving world of ad-tech, data, advertising and publishing? AdJoin is looking for its newest team member and someone to head up Publisher Operations.

    The Head of Publisher Operations will be responsible for managing publisher integration , yield management. data analytics andreporting.

    The Head of Publisher Operation will work along side the Head of Publisher Relations, and report directly to the Managing Director of AdJoin. Key responsibilities and requirements include the following:

    Responsibilities:

    •  Oversee the implementation of all publisher integrations within AdJoin’s Rubicon Project SSP and facilitate publishers with step by step integration and setup.
    •  Work closely with Head of publisher relations and ad ops team to maintain high level of operations and service level for publisher partners.
    •  Closely manage and maintain publisher partnerships and strategic tech partner relationships.
    •  Build positive relationships and trust through on time delivery of projects, high quality of work and continuous innovation.
    •  Provide data and insight assisting the optimisation of supply and demand sources
    •  Proactively manage any technical trouble shooting with partners and internal team members.
    •  Weekly and daily feedback reporting to management.

    Requirements:

    •  Min 2 years working in fast paced ad-tech environment.
    •  Experience working with programmatic ad serving technologies compulsory (Rubicon, AppNexus, Double Click, Open X etc.)
    •  Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape
    •  Operations experience managing customer relationships within digital advertising
    •  Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities and effective time management skills
    •  Desire to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    •  Demonstrated problem solving, critical thinking and troubleshooting ability, Candidate should also be highly analytical.
    •  Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and strong Excel.
