    Purchasing Associate - Cape Town

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Continually chase and update purchase orders with the latest ETA information so this is relayed back to our customers.
    • Cancel and amend purchase orders where necessary and taking ownership of queries through to completion.
    • Liaise with Sales Team to communicate any issues arising with their orders.
    • Provide cover for other members of the department as necessary and perform other tasks if requested from time to time by the Purchasing Manager

    Procurement Operations Manager - Cape Town

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the performance of our purchasing associate, buyer associate and intercompany associate teams.
    • Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion, coordinates work activities with other supervisors.
    • Ensure all escalations are addressed and root cause identified with the appropriate fixes put in place.
    • Analyse data to ensure the following is being adhered to within the relevant departments.
    • All supplier queries are logged within the agreed time frame set by the business to ensure operational deadlines are met.

    Sales Reporting Analyst

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Working closely with business stakeholders to produce actionable reporting
    • Interrogate data sets & produce insight & analysis
    • Build new reporting based on existing available data
    • Work with business units to implement new data points into our data set
    • Work with Sales Operations leaders to produce KPI reporting
    • Manage sales requests for Ad Hoc customer reporting
    • Producing self serve solutions for customer reporting

    QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

    • Excel, Macro, VBA script level capability
